Great hotel experience!
great help superb location convenient connection short walk
The hotel is near Causeway Bay. A short walk takes you there. The staff offered great HELP. IT was close to cafes and supermarkets. Public transport connections were convenient. Bus and tram services were nearby.
The room was slightly small.

The hotel provides a convenient laundry service and a well-equipped gym. Guests can easily maintain their routines. A strong and fast wifi connection is available throughout the premises, I APPRECIATED it. Hot water provision in the rooms is consistent.

excessively loud air conditioning nonexistent wardrobe
The provided shuttle service was acceptable for reaching key metro stations.
The air conditioning was excessively loud , and I could not adjust it. The room was quite small , and the wardrobe space was virtually nonexistent. I found it difficult to store my belongings appropriately.

small room unhelpful staff
My room, a Superior Double Room, felt smaller than I expected. There wasn't any space to properly unpack, and I missed a functional closet. The staff could improve, they seems uninterested in helping with basic requests. the stay felt underwhelming.
